Manages the activities involved in the administration of District contracts and agreements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Four years of experience in construction and contract management.

Ability to interpret and manage contracts and contract agreements.

Professional experience on a year-for-year basis may be substituted for the degree.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check (at employee's expense).

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Post-offer/pre-employment physical examination (at employee's own cost).

Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
